Analysis of anti-dropping measures for rail-type lifting freight elevator

1. The equipment and level of the underframe (base) of the rail type lifting freight elevator are leveled. Place the lifting cargo elevator in place so that the center line of the frame coincides with the center line of the column.

2. Put the rod equipment on the lifting freight elevator and wear the steel wire rope. The first group of columns of the equipment, the standard section is put into the sleeve frame, and is connected with the base bolt. Adjust the clear distance of the track surface of the column to be within 1985mm, and the straightness error should be ≤1.5‰.

3. Place the lifting pulley on top of the two upright columns of the equipment, and thread the lifting wire rope. Use electric winch to improve lifting freight elevator. Retract the elastic card to the fixed position until the bottom of the elastic card is flush with the top surface of the column, reset the elastic card board, loosen and raise the wire rope, remove the lifting pulley and place it on the channel.

4. Use the second set of standard sections of the rod equipment. Before tightening the bolts, it is necessary to ensure that the di set is on the same straight line as the second set, the error at the joint is less than 0.5mm, and then place the raising pulley in the second set of standard sections At the top, wear a raised wire rope.

5. The equipment reinforces the diagonal brace, and tightens the connecting bolts of the above pieces. Check the straight section of the good standard section of the rail-type lifting freight elevator equipment, and adjust it to meet the request.

6. Check whether the connection of ballast (or settling ballast) is reliable. Equipment hoist, and set grounding equipment according to rules.

7. Put it in the gondola, wind the wire rope, and install the rail-type lifting freight elevator linkage safety equipment. At this moment, the basic equipment of the rail type lift freight elevator is ready. Send the third set of standard sections into the gondola, raise the gondola to the limit height, then install the third set of standard sections with rods, place the lifting pulley on top of the third set of standard sections, and repeat process 6 to increase the channel.

8. Continue to raise the gantry to the first operational height of the rule. At the corresponding height, the equipment rail type lifting freight elevator and the parking bracket can be put into trial operation. When the lifting height of the gantry rises to 6m, the first track should be set for attachment, and then one every 3m.
